Ohtasy 5 is a 19-year-old artist from Lancaster, Pennsylvania (turning 20 in January). His biggest accomplishment so far? Choosing his own lane by skipping college and putting full focus on his craft. What started as basement freestyles with friends turned into a serious passion. From recording on BandLab with his boy Caelan (free him) to producing on FL, Ohtasy 5 has been locked in ever since. With his friend Lando mixing much of his early work, he’s now found his own sound on Rent Due and is excited to keep leveling up.

In five years, he sees himself merging his music career with his real estate ambitions, balancing both passions. Musically, he credits Carti for shaping his subliminal approach and draws inspiration from artists like untiljapan for his unique sound and strong image. While he doesn’t dwell on struggles, family turmoil and the usual challenges of coming up in music have been part of his journey. Still, he uses comparisons to other talented artists as motivation to push harder and keep proving himself.
